Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • If you cancel or reschedule 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment time, there is no charge. • If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, or if you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full session fee of $80 (Monday - Friday) or $100 (Saturday or Sunday). • In the case of true emergencies, unsafe weather conditions, or if your horse is ill, I will use my discretion to either waive the fee or reschedule your session. • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened so that I can stay on schedule. In this case, the full session fee of $80(Monday - Friday) or $100 (Saturday or Sunday) will still apply, even if the session time is reduced.
